Adecco Stevenage are currently looking for customer service advisor's for our great client based in Stevenage.

Responsibilities will include:

- Answering inbound calls in relation to highway queries

- Dealing with queries in a sympathetic and caring manor

- Logging details of calls into internal system

- Arranging follow up action

- Providing high levels of customer service at all times

- Monitoring call levels

This role will suit someone with previous customer service experience or someone who is looking for a career within customer service.

Part time and full time hours available

Part Time - Monday to Friday, 1330-1730

Full Time - Monday to Friday, 0800-1700

With optional overtime available

£8.00 per hour

This is a temporary on going position, with the chance of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
