We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisers to join an esteemed, reputable company based in the centre of Chester!

This position will be to start on the 14th May 2018 through to 31 August 2018.

The job will be based in the Customer Service Team and it will involve completing the following tasks by answering Inbound telephone calls and responding to emails from clients and customers;

- Completing balance payments
Once bookings have been confirmed with an initial payment, any following contact will come to the Customer Support Team.

- Travel Insurance
Whilst receiving balance payments we have an opportunity to up-sell an additional benefit to customers who have not previously taken it in the form of Travel Insurance or Personal Liability Insurance.

- Owner Bookings
This is where property owners make contact by telephone and email to place (or cancel) an 'owner booking'.

The position will be working 5 out of 7 days over the week.

The shifts are 9:00-17:30, 10:30-19:00 and 12:30-21:00 (this shift will be on the rota from July 20th to meet with company demands)

The rotas are produced in advance on a four week rolling basis.

Pay - £8.72ph
