If you have experience of working within a busy customer service/call centre environment then this could be the role for you ......

The role will form part of a new team with the purpose being able to provide a professional point of contact for customers placing orders through the website. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with customer queries in line with SLAs, providing support on any issues, arranging returns and providing help and assistance by phone, email and live chat.

The Role:
*Responding to a range of customer enquiries providing high levels of customer service at all times within the agreed SLA
*Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the resolution of customer enquiries
*Contribute towards future development of the digital contact centre function through effective team work and participation
*To assist customer with registration issues, returns and provide general help and assistance to queries raised by phone, live chat and email
*When required, providing remote support

The Person:
*Customer Sales Order Processing experience
*Customer Service Experience ideally gained in a contact centre environment
*Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and accurate keyboard skills with attention to detail
*Ideally knowledge of electrical wholesaling
*Strong communication skills, both via the phone and email
