Customer Service Advisor (Kettering)

Oxford University Press employs more than 6,000 people, and its books, materials and services are sold in 188 countries worldwide and currently have positions available at their Customer Service Centre of Excellence in Kettering. It's not your typical customer service centre; the products provide knowledge and education around the world. While you'll spend some time interacting with the customers on the phone, the majority of your work will be by email or other digital channels.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside other customer service professionals you will be supporting a wide range of audiences and products from pre-schools to secondary education; students to academics; general readers to researchers and individuals to institutions. Also from day one you'll receive access to Oxford People Learning, this includes 6,200 courses in Business, Technology and creative skills.

Some of the duties will include

* Using all systems effectively to assist with product enquiries, quotations, orders and enquiries with a high degree of accuracy.

* Communicating effectively via telephone, e-mails and other channels with our internal and external customers.

* Keeping the customer at the forefront of all that we do and ensuring that we provide the best customer experience possible.

* Dedication to achieving quality standards and agreed departmental service levels.
