Retail Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm

Job Description

Our client a leading UK contact centre supplying multi-channel inbound and outbound customer services to organisations around the world. Delivering an extraordinary customer experience is at the forefront of our vision.

As well as providing a great induction programme and on-the-job training, you can also take advantage of a wide range of training workshops and coaching sessions, designed to help you develop your area of expertise.

An instinct for good customer service isn't something we can teach you. It involves listening skills and a sharp eye for tone of voice, plus efficiency, enthusiasm and a whole lot of personal initiative. But if you've got it, we'll do everything to help you to develop it to the full.

If you're keen, confident and positive, a good communicator who naturally gets on with people, then this could be just the job for you and perhaps even the start of a great career.

Please note: Successful candidates will need to be available for the 10 day induction programme, Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00/11.00-19.00. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role depending on your performance.
