Customer Service Administrator
£19,000-£21,000 per annum
Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
Mon - Fri 37.5 hours (working between 8am-5.30pm)
Full Time, Permanent

23 days holiday + bank, free parking, friendly offices.

The role will include:

·  Administration/ data entry of details

·  Maintaining and updating an accurate database

·  Excel and Word mail merging

·  Updating the company website

·  Liaising with clients to promote and book courses

·  Preparing marketing lists by searching databases, research and phoning out

·  Mailing out hard and soft copy information to clients and then following up

·  Create and co-ordinate Survey Monkey polls.

·  Processing payments

·  Creating reports from student questionnaires

·  Any other reasonable duties associated with the role

Person Spec:

·  Experienced user of MS Office, Excel and Word

·  Confidence on the phones to speak with new/existing clients

·  Able to work under pressure/ tight deadlines

·  Friendly and approachable

·  Proactive
