We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a small team assisting customers via phone and email. it is a fun and lively environment that would suit somebody that likes to be busy and can multi task and prioritise all while having a smile on their face!

The role involves answering queries from customers, taking orders via phone and email and processing them on the system, liaising with the sales team, chasing the progress of orders and building rapport with the clients.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within a customer focused business and have efficient computer skills on Word, Excel and Outlook. We need someone who has bundles of enthusiasm, listens to instructions and follows direction.
