Do you enjoy working in a small team? Do you have experience of using a CRM system?
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator working as part of a small team in an office environment on a variety of different tasks. The role entails looking after pre-existing customers and the relevant administration that is associated with them.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Making daily telephone calls to existing customers to take their orders
*Processing sales orders and other orders that come in
*Fielding of initial incoming telephone calls
*General ad hoc administration tasks of which include managing Hazardous Waste administration and Driver Hour's administration.
You will have the below skills/experience:
*First class administration and have an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy
*You will also need the ability to work under pressure.
*Reliable and punctual
*Have a very confident telephone manner
*Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word & the Internet
*You will also have the ability and confidence to work on your own initiative.
Benefits: Healthcare scheme after qualifying 3 months.
Salary: £17,500 - £19,500 (DOE)
