Do you have a background in customer service? Have you worked within a call based environment?
Our client, an established and growing company based in Avonmouth, are looking for a customer service administrator to join their trade team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be expected to take complaints and queries over the phone as well as processing orders. Building relationships with new and existing clients, you will be speaking to the end user giving a good impression of the company.
Monday to Friday 8am-7pm shifts with 1 in every 4 Saturdays.

-Taking a high volume of calls
-Upselling promotions and add on products
-Processing orders
-Liaising with other departments to provide a good service
