Adecco's client currently have an opportunity available and are seeking a Customer Service Administrator.
Job Purpose:
*To provide office based administration and support to the Client Services team.
*To provide excellent customer service to our clients and internal departments.
Duties:
*Review, maintain and update process documents on a regular basis.
*Daily, Weekly, Monthly internal department reporting
*Actively progress enquiries to satisfactory conclusion, e.g. order & courier tracking, stock queries, complaint handling.
*Manage client facing query logs, auctioning and responding accordingly
*Order processing, amending, cancelling, etc
*Actively progress and raise queries with order status and back order reporting
*Stock management to include goods in queries, stock reviews, data entry, product updates
*General administration, filing, clean office policy
Location: Rushden
Hours: 9:00 - 17:15
Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 per annum.
