My client is seeking a customer service administrator to join there busy enquiries team on a 3 month basis. (FTC)
Key responsibilities include the following:
*Research and respond to all enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
*Refer queries to relevant departments and liaise with colleagues to solve non-standard enquiries
*escalating issues where necessary in order to resolve
*Escalate non-standard and problematic enquiries to the Enquiries Supervisor, where required
*Solving both routine problems and complex customer enquiries and issues
*Handle a range of different situations and react accordingly with empathy & understanding
*Diffuse potential confrontations in a positive, calm manner
*Refer enquirers to other organisations for further information, where appropriate
*Deal with first level complaints received by the department
*Provide information to enquirers regarding various internal procedures
and policies where necessary
