Our clients seek an confident customer service agent to work in the After sales department . They are a lovely team that are currently expanding, this is a lovely opportunity for the right candidate.

The role is a long term temp position with the potential to go permanent.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and clear strong telephone communications skills.

Duties:

* Dealing with difficult customers

* Liaising with customer over the phone

* Resolving issues in a calm friendly manner

* Administration duties
