Our client, a leading financial services organisation with over 75 years of experience in providing Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution workplace pension schemes, is looking for two dedicated individuals to join their Customer Service team. With a focus on excellence and a commitment to delivering value-add outcomes to their members, our client is at the forefront of the industry.

Remuneration:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £22,500 per annum. Our client values their employees and offers a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from members and employers, providing effective resolution to a wide range of questions and queries. Your main duties will include:

·  Handling inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.

·  Understanding member needs and directing them to the appropriate resolution.

·  Applying rules and procedures to provide accurate and effective solutions.

·  Continuously developing knowledge of pension administration systems and processes.

·  Meeting targets in relation to call quality and accuracy of response.

Job Specification:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning are also essential. Previous experience in a pensions administration role would be advantageous but is not essential.
