Making outbound calls to existing customers, you will take ownership of your customer needs, demands and queries with the final outcome being increased customer satisfaction thus, leading to increased business growth.

The ideal candidate will; take ownership of their customer's needs, be driven to find a resolution, have the customer's needs at heart, seek opportunities to deliver, ability to empathise with all situations and possess a passion for excellence in customer service.
