We are currently recruiting for our Dartford based client, we are looking for candidates that have previously worked within the Finance Industry and complaints.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you need to be able to travel to Dartford.

The duties will include logging all complaints, ensuring all processes are followed until the complaint has been dealt with, including taking ownership and giving top customer service. Ideally from a regulated, financial complaints handling environment.

Our client will only accept candidates who have worked at this level before and if it is shown on the CV so please only apply if you have relevant experience.

This role will be to start asap.
