Customer Happiness Hero
About the role
We are looking for a Customer Happiness Hero who has a passion for delivering best in class
service and is motivated by customer care. This is a critical role within the business, acting as
an advocate and keeping pace with our customers needs. It is an exciting opportunity to
collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing and influence how our user experience should
evolve.
Things you'll be working on
● Acting as brand ambassador, building relationships with new and existing customers
●Providing customer insights to Heads of Customer Happiness, Product and Sales to
ensure clients' needs are heard and considered
● Actively looking for risks, potential gains and issues to anticipate customer service
advancement opportunities
● Liaising with local partners worldwide to ensure all details are correct and the adventure
trip runs smoothly
● Maximising revenue through actively listening to our customers
● Leveraging new CRM tool capabilities in an innovative way
● Leading and participating in projects beyond your responsibilities
● Contributing and influencing customer engagement/experience strategy
● Identifying efficient workflows with measurable business benefits
What you'll need to succeed:
●Passion forcustomer care and genuine interest in learning new destination products
● Knowledgeable about travelling and confident advising clients
● Flexibility as things can and do change quickly around here - you gotta go with the flow,
and be ready to kick it into high gear at a moment's notice
● Exceptional organisational skills, able to seamlessly juggle emails, phone calls and
ongoing initiatives
● Attentiveness to detail and the ability to really listen to customers is crucial to ensure we
are delighting our customers
● High quality work: You are an efficient individual who makes projects happen behind the
scenes with a fine eye for details
● Technically inclined, able to pick up new things quickly: we use a lot of web-based
services (including, but not limited to: Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Docs, Gmail)
● Beneficial to have experience in a similar customer support role
●Proven ability in customer insight analytics and reporting
