I have a number of opportunities available for a Customer & Data Administrator to be based in Birchwood, Warrington.
If you are a hands on individual with the skills and experience to perform Data Management
to a high level with exceptional attention to detail and great communication skills then this may be just what you are looking for.

Within the role you be required to maintain knowledge about the strategy, products and aims of the company and be able to perform the duties of the role in a professional manner either as part of a team or individually.

The majority of tasks will involve both written and oral communication, word processing and requires
relevant skills such as IT, organisational, customer service and presentation skills, as well as the ability
to multi-task and work well under pressure.

The role will be split 50/50 between management of Data in our IT Database system and also Customer Data management. The database aspect of the work requires research of software and maintaining data within the database.
The Customer Data management aspect will involve verbal communication with new and existing
customers to updating details and advising customers of new products that are now available.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Office Manager, this role requires a motivated, self-starter with the following
skills.
 Work in an efficient and professional manner
 Great attention to detail
 Team worker with the ability to work autonomously
 Data Management
 Proactive Customer Service, liaising with New and Existing Customers on current service and future requirements.

Experience
 Exceptional Communication skills, written & oral
 Confident telephone manner
 Strong understanding of how to provide Exceptional Customer Service
 The ability to work accurately to deadlines

 The ability to work in a busy and demanding office environment and as part of a team.

 Excellent organisational skills
 Experience of using a CRM system
 Be IT Proficient - including Word and Excel to a high standard
 Excellent personal presentation
 Have the ability to understand a technical product

Salary - £18,000

Permanent Position

Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm
