We are currently recruiting for a Customer coordinator based within the Portsmouth area.

The main purpose of this position is to process day-to-day sales orders of and manage deliveries between the suppliers and customers. The role is also to support the Sales Execs in the day-to-day quotation of sales opportunities.

·  Order Management

·  Sales Order entry

·  Product and cost validation

·  Supplier order generation

·  Filing Delivery notes

·  Sales orders

·  Purchase orders and acknowledgements

·  Updating image library

·  Supplier brochure library and supplier price lists

·  Assisting the Sales Team with quotations and supporting images

·  Answer the telephone and transfer the call to the correct person

·  Liaise with customers to resolve queries

·  Respond to customer enquiries
