Working for a growing company based in Nantwich, my client is looking for a confident, proactive individual to join their busy friendly team.
The aim of the of the position is to deal with customers discrepancies on a daily basis processing all the relevant administration that comes with each case. You will be responsible for your own customer accounts set within a region, liaising with the sales reps, clients and transport team to deal with with issues within a timely manner.
Duties will include:
� To action customer credit and return notes using Sage.
� Answer daily telephone calls inbound and outbound to customers
� Organising replacement goods
� To liaise with our carriers daily to ensure service needs are met
� To accurately record and report transport delivery failures
� Report intent to claim with the carriers and follow up on
� Attending monthly meetings with the Logistics team and transport company to report and discuss areas of service failure
� Data entry onto CRM system
� Recognising improvements that can be made to reduce the number of internal errors at customer level
� Assisting with the daily overflow of orders from the Sales Team
� Previous Customer Service experience necessary
� Confident personality, willing to communicate customer issues to management
� High level of communication skills
� Ability to learn and deal with a variety of processes
� Good IT skills - To include knowledge of Excel
� Good commercial awareness
* Ability to work as a team and help their colleagues when required
� Good telephone manner
� Strong standard for attention to detail is an absolute must
