BACKGROUND
Due to promotion of the current job holder we have a vacancy within the communications team. The role will report into the MWC Shopper Activation Head.
THE JOB
· To support the Customer Marketing team in delivering excellent execution of the UK Growth Plan through timely and accurate provision of key tools and information
· Management & communication of Sales Pack Information Document
· Management & communication of Product Information Database
· Provision of scanning cards & New Line forms for all activities.
· Raise and administer invoices and POs and ensure budgetary compliance
KEY OUTPUTS
· Responsible for the maintenance and communication of the Snack Product Data Information (SPDI), Product Information Data (PID) and Seasonal Pack Detail sheets.
· Maintains up-to-date pack images on the internal image library and external database (if applicable) according to the defined process. Ensure that the process is understood and communicated to all users on an ongoing basis
· Creation and collation of customer facing information in both SPDI & PID
· Interrelation of information from multiple sources including SAP and Customer Waste Database to ensure correct and timely population of SPDI and PID
· Cross functional stakeholder management (incl. Finance, Marketing, and Activity Management to ensure correct and timely inputs to both SPDI and PID
· Manages PO and invoicing process to ensure effective budget management
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Knowledge/Experience: Business Administration - Essential, FMCG experience - Preferred
Work Experience: Previous experience in Business Administration (or similar) within blue chip FMCG/consumer products. Sales or Marketing background preferred.
Competencies: Customer Focus, Priority Setting, dealing with ambiguity
