COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT UNTIL THE END OF MARCH 2019, POSSIBLY LONGER. £16.81 PER HOUR, BASED IN SWINDON TOWN CENTRE.

The successful candidate will be working with the marketing department as a member of the Customer Communications team on the Brexit Project. The candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail high levels of accuracy, excellent communication and influencing skills and be a team player.

Main Accountabilities:

Drafting customer communications

Obtaining sign off of customer communications

Delivery of customer communications

Explaining regulatory & business changes following Brexit

Adhering to robust processes and supporting controls

Responding to queries and questions arising from these communications

Editing and proofreading

The role is based within a major blue chip company and is a very short walking distance of Swindon bus station and train station, with an on-site Coffee Shop and Restaurant and vending machines that supply free hot drinks. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
