Do you have excellent Customer Service Skills? Are You available straight away? Have you got your own transport?
If yes, then this maybe the role for you. Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Call Handler to work within their property maintenance department.
Duties will include:
Taking incoming calls from property owners, logging any warranty repairs onto the system and scheduling the repairs out to the relevant contractors.
This is a short term assignment with the view of becoming permanent.
