· Responsible for the ownership and resolution of first line customer enquiries and complaints.
· Respond appropriately to calls and AAQ's within the agreed time frames to meet SLA's.
· Meet performance targets set whilst maintaining accurate records with PSA's CRM system.
· Remain proactive in meeting quality procedures.
· Attend necessary training courses (internal and external) to maintain a high calibre of telephone, CRM skills and product knowledge.
· Adhere at all times to the Contact Centre Quality process and procedures.
· Communicate with PSA customers via written communication including letter/email to a high standard.
· Any other duties as reasonably expected
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must to succeed in this role.
