Adecco have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Administrator to join our prestigious client who is a leading electrical distributor.
Hours : Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Location : Leeds
Salary: £7.83 per hour
Duration: 2 months initially
As a Customer Administrator you will be responsible for providing support during our clients move to new premises. You will be processing high volumes of data entry and providing an excellent service to their customers on a daily basis. You will have full training on their in house systems and will be responsible for the following:
· Dealing with incoming calls from customers
· Handling queries and processing customer orders on the in house system
· Processing a large volume of data entry on a daily basis
It would be great to see candidates with:
· Previous experience in Customer Service desirable
· Previous experience in Administration desirable
· Data entry
· Excellent telephone manner
· IT skills
· Good attention to detail
