Brilliant new opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing business specialising in distribution in Altrincham!
This is a working from the office role between 9am and 5pm, looking to cover a maternity cover for 12 months that will have an 8 week induction into the role. This is a hybrid role with two days from home and three from the office after training and the possibility for flexible work hours.
You need to be a strong credit controller, experienced in multiple systems and confident in delivering service.
-Credit control (daily review of debtors balances, overdue, receipts ,updating logs, database and generating reports)
-Weekly Debtors Reports ownership
-Weekly invoicing for Customer Service & Sales Team
-Assisting with Receipts and Payments allocations
-Dealing with Customers and Suppliers invoice queries and disputes
-Accounts Support in the areas: (Suppliers Statements reconciliation, posting overheads invoices into system, petty cash reconciliation, credit cards reconciliation, private mileage calculation and reconciliation)
-Operations Manager support in the areas: monthly, quarterly & annually reports and reviews of financial data, annual Logical provisions reconciliations, support in projects related to ERP, CRM and Project Management.
