Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum:

·  One year's experience of consumer credit control/collections background

·  Knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel

·  Good attention to detail skills

·  Excellent telephone manor

Desirable:

·  One year's customer service experience

·  Experience of account reconciliations/management

Personal Attributes:

·  A can-do attitude and the ability to provide positive energy to a team

·  Good time Management

·  Confident when discussing solutions with customers, being able to say ''no'' where appropriate

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·  Commercially aware

·  Adopt a systematic approach to work and meet deadlines
