Client Job Description
Summary of Position: Responsible for the daily production of courseware for our Worcester and onsite courses and where required the despatch & receipt of courseware to our client sites or the trainer. As well as courseware production this role is responsible for our Worcester classrooms and ensuring they are set for our trainers to give our delegates to have an amazing experience.
Primary Courseware Responsibilities
Print and collate all Courseware and simulations to meet company standards & deadlines.
Ensure appropriate stock levels of courseware are maintained at all times.
Despatch courseware and books to locations via company courier and confirm delivery with client.
Purchase all company stationery and printing consumables. Maintain stationery stock levels as required at all times.
Managing the purchase/ordering of externally produced/licensed courseware/books as required
Ensure printers are maintained in good working order through a 3 rd Party Print company
Print and collate all other company printing as required
Primary Classrooms Responsibilities
Ensure classrooms are fit for purpose, stocked up with resources required
Reconfigure classrooms as required
Servicing of classroom AV equipment
Reporting of any classroom maintenance issues
Secondary IT Responsibilities
Assist the IT Admin with classroom course setups
Cover for basic IT tasks during IT Admin holidays
Any other duties as required
Essential
Good Computer skills
Experience using of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
Excellent organisational skills.
Attention to detail and customer service both internally & externally focused
Prioritise work to meet the demands of the business.
Must be a self-starter who can work autonomously.
Must be able to move a box of manuals up a flight of stairs.
Desirable
Experience of using SharePoint.
CompTIA A+
Good proof reading skills.Experience of liaising with Suppliers.
Full Driving licence.
Basic knowledge of photocopiers.
Technically minded
