Location: Harlow (River Way)
Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Salary: £8.50 per hour
Type: Temporary (up Until April 2018)
Benefits: Free Car Parking on site + holiday entitlement.
Hours: Monday- Friday, 06:00am - 2:00pm.

Adecco, Harlow are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance OR Reach Forklift Driver to work for our client based in Harlow. This is an on-going temporary opportunity to join great company acting as support to the hands on production team. This successful established business is a place that can offer an upbeat yet process driven place to work.

The successful candidate will be working within a Team of approximately 15, and will be primarily responsible for operating the fork lift equipment in order to move pallets and supporting the goods in team.

Duties will include:
*Plan supply and material requirements by studying production schedule; scheduling deliveries to production area.
*Retrieves supplies and materials, locating and verifying supplies and materials; securing pallet on truck.
*Moving pallet to production location.
*Maintaining inventory in production area by anticipating and tracking usage.
*Maintaining safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
*Keep forklift operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

The ideal candidate:
*Proven experience within a warehouse/ FLT Operative position.
*Accustom to prioritising and adapting to changing workloads.
*Work to very tight deadlines and targets, self motivated and possess high levels of initiative.
*Good attention and accuracy to detail is essential.
*Confident with the ability to use own initiative and manage own workload.

Personality:
Adaptable and willing to learn.
Able to work alone and in a large team.
A high level of sensitivity, tact, judgement and integrity is required.
