Our client are looking for an experienced corporate receptionist to join their team based in in the City.
Duration:
Initially for 12 weeks temp contract, likely to go permanent to replace the internal leaver
Overview:
-Can demonstrate experience of professional etiquette in both appearance and attitude
-Excellent communication skills
-Proven experience at intermediate to advanced level in MS Applications, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; this includes proficiency in MS Outlook which is a central part of our role on a daily basis
-Experience with working as part of a Front of House team within a financial environment
-Corporate customer service background
-Can demonstrate good organisational and prioritisation skills
-Adaptable approach to becoming involved in various tasks
-Can demonstrate prioritising adhoc duties i.e.: technical assistance as per demand without notice
-Self-motivated
