*Processing & Closing Payroll activities, complete uploads, scheduling payrolls and any other associated tasks
*Process third party payments, payroll journals and reporting for on a monthly and annual basis
*Process the various types of manual payments, 6666 Special BACS, FN006 Payment Requests, One off Payments for Redundancy, Settlement and Compensation, BACS Rejects etc.
*Complete monthly and annual returns for National Statistics
*Reconcile General Ledger accounts specific to the role. Query any unknown postings and rectify / clear as appropriate
*Act as a helpline to our clients employees and managers
*GL Reconciliation & Reporting
*Any other associated Admin tasks
Key Skills -
*Able to work under pressure
*Able to follow strict deadlines and adhere to them
*Ability to investigate and solve problems
*Support other team members as and when necessary
*Microsoft Excel - Intermediate
*Microsoft Word - Intermediate
*SAP HR/Finance System - Desirable not essential
*Experience of working in a Payroll or Finance Department - Desirable not essential
