Location: Hoddesdon
Salary: £9.23 - £10.25 Per Hour
Type: Temporary (On-going)
Hours: 09:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Service/Contracts Administrator for our client based in Hoddesdon. This is a temporary on-going contract, with potential to go permanent with a great company acting as support to the service manager. This successful established business is a place that can offer an upbeat and sociable place to work. The successful candidate will be working within an open plan office with a team of 11, dealing with incoming calls and administration and we are looking for a candidate who is organised, proactive and able to work to targets.

Key responsibilities:

*Be the first point of contact for the customers to ensure that client service standards are delivered.

*Schedule and communicate to engineers regarding daily work routings.

*Assist with the management of the administration function for the department, ensuring smooth running of contracts and adhering to all established company procedures.

*Verify job completions and checking the accuracy of engineers PDA usage.

*Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate to agreed standards.

*File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.

*Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers, suppliers and relevant staff.

*Collate and create accurate invoices.

*Establish and maintain effective working relationships.

*General administrative duties such as stationary orders.

The successful candidate will have:

*Proven experience within an office administration role, contracts administration would be advantageous.

*Experience within the construction industry would be advantageous.

*Excellent IT skills including the use of all Microsoft packages.

*Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
