Contracts Administrator required for large local company.
The Role:
To provide comprehensive analysis, and administration support to Contracts Managers covering all aspects of the tender submission.
Responsibilities:
*Expenditure Reports and Customer reports
*Sponsorship requests
*Producing Reports
*Analysis
*Delivering on SLA's
*Tender submissions
*PPQ's RFI RFPs
*Pricing schedules
*Compiling evidence
*Summary documents.
*Rebates
Skills Required:
* GCSE Maths and English
* Email + Lotus Notes
* Powerpoint + Word
* Purchase order experience
* Planning
* Working to deadlines
