Our client, a global leader in diagnostics, instrument systems and tests, has a vacancy for a Contracts Administrator.

Reporting directly to the Strategic Contracts Manager you will manage 3rd party relations between our Client and 3rd party's. You will also competently manage Contract Compliance of 3rd partys within our Clients Managed Service Contract.

Accountability:

·  Set-up new vendors within the Abbott System and manage relationship throughout the term of the contact.

·  Manage post award 3rd party company and pricing clarifications liaising with both customer and 3rd party

·  Create and get approved contracts for all 3rd party's post award of an Abbott MSC

·  Send out award letters to each 3rd party post award of an Abbott MSC

·  Set up and manage cost tracker for all fixed and semi fixed costs for 3rd parties within MSC

·  Hand over complete 3rd party pricing to sales service

·  Manage the ordering and POs of instrumentation during implementation

·  Ensure 3rd party contract compliance against revenue/service/costs/KPIs specific each MSC and collect penalties where owed.

·  Manage the entire 3rd party charge control procedure, liaising with customers, Sales and Legal to ensure due diligence on changes requested.

·  Working with Sales Service to minimise outstanding daily sales in each location

Educational Background:

·  Educated to GCSE and A-Level or equivalent essential

·  No specific technical knowledge is required though a broad understanding of the diagnostic pathway working environment and priorities would be helpful

Requirements/Work Experience

·  Proven commercial experience

·  Strong Analytic skills

·  Strong attention to detail

·  High level of WP/Excel knowledge

·  Evidence of ability to manage challenging business situations

·  Demonstrable negotiation skills

·  Experienced in understanding and being able to translate Contract content

·  Understanding of the HMRC rules relating to Managed Services

·  Excellent relationship building and maintenance skills
