Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Thatcham. Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £26,000.

Duties and responsibilities include:

·  Process enquiries and orders, from first receipt through to satisfactory completion, keeping customers informed throughout, to ensure Company, customer and budget expectations are met

·  Maintain accurately and update in real time all SAP records including document records, Job History, Purchase Orders records etc.

·  Set up new enquires and jobs onto SAP

·  Book site surveys. Obtain and record updates following surveyors' visits. Update outlook calendar

·  Issue quotations and update customers leading up

·  Follow up quotations in liaison with Sales

·  Record incoming purchase orders

·  Accurately maintain stock, consumables and PPE and control CE-traceable stock

·  Assist with preparation of RAMS

·  Ensure SAP records updated and correct including closing down purchase orders and ensuring receipt of customer sign off sheets

·  Maintain and adhere to ISO9001 & EN1090 in liaison with the QHSE Manager

·  Oversee vehicles and vehicle condition / maintenance

·  Receive timesheets and validate

·  Liaise with Accounts in respect of general queries, invoices, credit card purchases, vehicle matters, timesheets etc. to promptly clear all outstanding matters

·  Liaise with other Departments to provide general intelligence, co-ordination of works etc. as required

Candidates will ideally have/be:

·  Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and working knowledge of PowerPoint

·  Customer Care and Service Skills

·  Interpersonal skills

·  Organisational skills

·  Good standard or oral and written communication
