Adecco are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor role on behalf of a housing company located in the Swansea are.

The role is an ongoing temporary contract on a full time basis of 37 hours a week at £8.50 per hour.

The job role will consist of:

- Answering customer calls and emails

- Creating and maintain a rapport with customers

- Resolving customer problems efficiently and effectively
