Through the looking glass…

When you come on board, you'll be responsible for being the first point of contact for our customers. Calls will include helping with a range of queries such as amendments, payments and policy information. You will ensure that our customers receive a full and accurate resolution to their enquiry in a friendly and professional manner.

Experience isn't essential; if you have the right attitude and are committed to delivering a first class service to our Customers, we'll help you achieve and deliver within the role by providing you with a tailored personal development plan. Supportive colleagues will always be on hand to help you reach your full potential with us.

This position is based in our office in central Solihull, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee free car parking but we are conveniently located within a short walk of the High Street, Touchwood Shopping Centre and Solihull train station, as well as local pay and display car parks.
