What we are looking for:

My client is looking for a customer service person, who has proven sales experience, within a fast paced environment. In addition you will pride yourself on outstanding customer focus - this business is based on constantly delivering a high level of customer care. If you have used/worked on LiveChat this would be an advantage.

* Taking inbound calls and online enquiries

* Professional telephone manner with strong communication skills

* Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and being able to negotiate where necessary

* Delivering outstanding customer service

* Attention to detail

* Flexible attitude and a team player

* You must have good Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge

What we are offering:

* Basic salary of £22k with an OTE of around £28K+
