In this exciting role as a Compliance Administrator based in Stevenage, you will be joining our dynamic and experienced Pre-Employment Screening (PES) team, where you will be responsible for delivering an efficient PES and resourcing service to our candidates and clients. This role is a mixture of both working in office and Work From Home.

The role will involve:

·  Working to targets and within tight deadlines

·  Gaining, verifying and uploading references

·  Updating and maintain daily and weekly reports

·  Liaising with new candidates and clients regarding the On-Boarding process

You will need to possess the following skills to excel in this role:

·  Well organised, self-starter and highlights problems in advance

·  Excellent communicator in both verbal and written communication

·  Should have an excellent eye for detail and be able to input and maintain accurate records

·  An ability to work under pressure

·  A strong attention to detail

·  Able to see the 'bigger picture' and have ownership of your own work and workload

·  A strong team player. Working with the team to achieve the operational goals and targets.

·  Strong PC skills

·  Abe to work to a process

This is a temporary role offering full time hours with the potential of the role going permanent The location also offers free parking on site and your rota is split between office and home working.
