The role holder will be expected to contact and work with Managers and Supervisors across the business when receiving complaints and to follow each complaint through to finalisation, producing a quality response which demonstrates transparency and empathy.
Working closely with the ISQ Administrator on investigations which may overlap with our serious incident process, the Complaint Officer will be a team player, capable of working to what may be tight deadlines and not afraid to contact complainants directly to gain more information, where necessary.
Finally a keen eye should be kept on monitoring any potential and emerging complaint trends through escalation to the Quality Manager on an ad-hoc basis and Quality meeting on a monthly basis.

Excellent written skills, capable of communicating in a clear and tailored way
Able to apply themselves to a situation, tackling complaints with differing perspectives
Excellent attention to detail
PC literate (knowledge of Google applications advantageous but training will be given).
Minimum Education Required: A-Levels or equivalent
Major/Discipline: English, Science or Business related
Minimum Years of Experience Required: 2-4 Years
Area(s) of Experience/Expertise: Communication & letter writing, Complaints management advantageous.
