Based at our large client facility in Witney, the Technical Complaint Investigator will be processing returned products to understand all aspects of the complaint and troubleshoot to identify the root cause.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Conducting complaint investigation activities

*Meeting team goals for timelines

*Ensuring the accuracy and quality of documentation

*Communicating in a professional and effective manner to both internal/external customers

Our client is looking for successful candidates to the Complaint Investigator role to have: *Experience of using Word and Excel to an intermediate level

*Experience of working with minimal supervision

*Previous experience of troubleshooting and problem solving

*Ideally experience of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or laboratory best practice

*Good PC skills, forward thinking and understands technology, has worked in a lab environment and can see obvious improvements

Location: Witney

Rate: £10 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 1600 - Midnight
