Our client, one of the largest insurance and investment companies in the world are seeking a Complaints Handler to start in their team in their Eastleigh office, starting as soon as possible.
Working within a team of 16 people if you are successful in the role you will be one of three Complaint Handlers, full training will be provided to the successful applicant and no face to face interaction with the public is required.
The role is a computer based data entry role essentially and will involve the accurate input of data into the clients system, Once the data is input this will generate simple letters from templates which you would check and send out
-Attention to detail
-Able to adhere to time constraints
-Able to learn and operate new systems easily
-Data entry experience preferred
The role is paying £8.80 per hour and is paid on a weekly basis. Standard hours are 35 hours a week (9am-5pm) and the role is initially agreed to run until the end of September but is likely to be extended into an on-going role.
Please note: Due to the client agreements in place a full vetting procedure is required prior to start that will involve a credit check, referencing and a criminal record check, this will need to be completed prior to start which can take two weeks
