COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING OFFICER

TWICKENHAM

MONDAY - FRIDAY 9-5

CONTRACT ROLE

£15 - £20 HOURLY RATE

We are looking for a talented marketing and communication person who has enthusiasm, shows passion and has the ability to work autonomously and within tight time-frames to establish and implement a communication plan for our new and exciting programme whilst we implement this project. Working closely with the project team, your responsibilities will include:

·  Designing a communication and engagement plan for the project

·  Developing branding guidance and identity for the partnership including templates i.e. letterheads, reports etc

·  Creating and distributing internal communications including e-newsletters to our partnership

·  Build and maintain the partnership website including content updates, news updates, resources and links to partner webpages.

·  Provide induction, support and training for the project team to use/maintain the webpage and e-communication

·  Can work effectively within a team and is customer focused

We are looking for a competent person who can come in, advise and implement this communication plan for a period of three months

Qualification

·  A suitable undergraduate (HND) or postgraduate degree within marketing;

Experience/Knowledge

·  Experience or knowledge of designing a communication and engagement plans

·  Experience or knowledge of developing clear branding guidance

·  Experience or knowledge of using and creating e-newsletters i.e. mailchimp

·  Experience or knowledge of building and maintaining web pages, including content updates

·  Experience or knowledge of working within a team

·  Experience or knowledge of working in a customer focused environment

Abilities

·  Ability to work within tight time frames

·  Ability to work under own initiative to achieve tasks
