Our Client is looking for someone to work as a temp for 15 weeks with effect from the 16/03/20 in their Finance Department working Monday to Friday - 37 hours a week.
THE ROLE
You will be supporting the commercialrebatesteam assigning invoices based upon pre-set criteria:
· Act as a single point of contact forthe SAP interface
· Own and manage the process of identifying invoices (within outlined criteria) and correctly assigning.
· Own and manage the Rebate Invoice Database , ensuring our internal databases are up to date and accurate.
· Support theOperations, Credit Control and Rebates teamwhere required to ensure continuityof support
Ideally you will have experiencewithin an administrativeor financerole (2-3 years)including MS Office products (particularly Excel)
Experience with invoicing and credit control procedures
Experience with SAP (desirable - not essential) or similar systems with chain of authority processes
Experience of dealing with commercial teams and senior management.
Experience of working with IT/ commercial processes and systemsand inputting data accurately.
