Summary of the role : To manage onsite tailored training courses, Dealing with any administration , scheduling and general enquires.
Responsibilities:
#Timely scheduling and co-ordination of all onsite courses and services according to company targets and delivery levels.
#Contacting clients by phone and email to arrange dates for courses.
#Order and printing of exam papers.
#Liaising with trainers to arrange training locations and start dates and times
#Answering incoming calls and general admin duties.
#Working towards budgets and guidelines.
#Confirming both candidate and client details are all correct.
#Ensuring that all pre-course for onsite course has been sent out
This role will be a full 360 role working within a team of 3 co-ordinators.
Our client is looking for candidate who have great organisation skills and the ability to work well under pressure and of their own initiative.
Good administration and co- ordination skills are a must for this role as you will be working within a busy department.
Working hours are between 08:00 17:30 Monday to Friday
