Adecco Dundee are currently recruiting for one of our valued clients for a Client Support Coordinator on a 6 month contract. You will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients and providing an excellent client service. You will be performing tasks such as leading and managing events, logistics of workshops and creating and maintaining online accounts.

To succeed in this role you will

·  Meet and understand the needs of customers and provide help and support where needed

·  Manage events pre and post

·  Follow processes timely and efficiently

·  Resolve customer queries and building relationships to ensure client loyalty

·  Creating and managing accurate data

·  Arranging and managing conference calls supporting a global network

·  Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with or escalated to the appropriate department

Experience

·  Experience of supporting customers and client relationships building

·  Use of CRM systems

·  Solid administration experience

·  Ability to work as part of a team

·  Strong and confident communicator

·  Highly organised and ability to work under pressure

·  Good IT skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
