We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join an amazing organisation based in Birmingham Business Park. Working very closely with the Client Success team members, you will support with client delivery activities offering administrative and project coordination support to the Development Solutions team. This role would suit someone that is highly organised and has an interest in Learning & Development and Technology

Role Details:

·  Location:Remote working but will need to potentially attend nationwide events - 2 per month

·  Salary: £24 - £28,000 - depending on experience

·  25 days plus 8 bank holidays (3 days automatically designated to Christmas shutdown)

·  Pension

·  Death in service

Role Description:

Working very closely with the Client Success team members, you will support with client delivery activities offering administrative and project coordination support to the Development Solutions team. You will take full ownership of your part in each client project, anticipating risks and ensuring each task is executed fully and to a high standard. You will play a key role in the administration of systems and platforms. Working in a fast-paced environment, your can-do attitude, ability to anticipate what comes next, and attention to detail will ensure that our clients and internal teams receive top quality support. This role would suit someone that has an interest in Learning & Development and Technology.

In addition, you will have a dotted reporting line to the Client Operations Manager and will offer holiday cover to fellow Client Operations Administrators.

Whilst it is important to be available at core business hours, the client is very open to flexible working patterns, should you have caring responsibilities or other commitments.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

·  Working competently across the Microsoft Office suite and other applications, with the ability and desire to become an expert in systems, platforms and solutions.

·  Using your existing office administration experience and strong organisational skills to deliver on client-facing tasks, you are a completer-finisher.

·  Taking full ownership for project administration and coordination.

·  Seeking to understand the client and project context enables you to anticipate future needs and challenges.

·  Enhancing the delivery of client projects with your meticulous eye for detail and your passion for service.

·  You will go the extra mile to ensure quality in your work, and that of your colleagues.

·  Working with Client Success Managers to set programmes up for success from the get-go, monitoring responses and deliveries throughout.

·  Playing the role of a Digital Producer to support the delivery of virtual programmes, with a motivation to learn how to use Zoom and Microsoft Teams interactive functionalities.

·  Administrative support for office, project, logistics and team coordination.

·  Being able to maximise your time, flexibly adjusting plans and priorities to meet deadlines.

·  You will thrive in a very busy and dynamic environment.

·  Leveraging your interpersonal skills to naturally build relationships with people at all levels, whether in person or over the phone.

·  You will love working with people, instinctively attending to the needs of colleagues and clients.

·  Taking a pragmatic approach when triaging requests that arise via our internal helpdesk system and client-facing inbox.

·  Professional, informed and timely responses to all communications.

The ideal candidate will have:

·  A keen interest in technology.

·  Previous customer service and administration experience.

·  Ability to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring to prioritise accordingly.

·  Attention to detail and quality in all tasks and interactions.

·  Passion for working within a diverse, energetic and dynamic environment.

·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·  Agility and adaptability in your approach.
