Successful financial services media company seeks a client relations associate . The primary responsibility is the management of projects and special needs for high profile clients. This role includes managing, coordinating and nurturing all aspects required to deliver client projects for online use. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. The individual must be extremely flexible, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. In addition, strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential. Versatility and the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities are required.
The role of the Client Relations Associate is to provide superior service for our high profile clients by:

In general, client relations associates are responsible for managing and growing the business relationship with clients through:
Project Management
- Management projects through to completion
- Follow-up on deliverables
- Meet or exceed deadlines and strict turnaround requirements
- Assume accountability for the success of projects
Client Communication
- Communicate the status of projects and maintain ongoing dialogue
- Build lasting relationships and maintain excellent rapport with clients
Internal Communication
· Work closely with colleagues in global organisation
· Possess enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude
· Meticulously communicate project handover to colleagues as needed
Client Support
- Ensure all client issues are resolved in an expedient and appropriate manner
The ideal candidate will be familiar and comfortable working with the Internet, will have a client-focused personality, and will possess an exceptional work ethic. Familiarity with PowerPoint and other MS Office software as well as Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat are a plus.
