We are recruiting on behalf of an established organisation to recruit a client liaison officer to manage a caseload of clients within a leading welfare to work provider.
Be a Client Liaison Officer
This role puts you at the forefront of these services - from booking someone's first session, recording relevant and accurate information, to handling calls and texts with the people on our programmes.
In brief you will:
· Make outbound calls to book participants in for group sessions with one of our health educators who are based in various locations over the country and usually within easy reach of participants' homes.
· Make 80 - 100 outbound calls per day to clients to provide participants a brief overview of the Healthier You programme which contains 13 sessions over a 10 month period with the aim to self-manage their blood sugar levels to prevent them from getting type 2 diabetes.
· To also flex between inbound and outbound calls answering generally queries, completing initial assessments and booking blood tests.
