We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join the team to cover the West Midlands area. Full time, permanent contract, however, we would consider part time (3 or 4 days)

We offer a wide range of legal services direct to the general public by working in markets, shopping centres, town and city centres. We're looking for someone who is experienced working in a field sales environment, this does not have to be in the legal sector, someone who is very outgoing, self motivated, ability to build a rapport, positive attitude, target driven and happy to speak to anyone and everyone.

Candidates must have a driving licence and use of a car.

Package - £18,000 base salary, unlimited commission, realistic OTE £28,000, 35 hour working week, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, full uniform, ID badge and company mobile are provided

This person reports directly to the Sales Manager

3.Responsibilities and Tasks:

3.1 Key Responsibilities:

� Travel to venues and set up any equipment which is required in a timely manner.

� Talk to members of the general public within the SRA guidelines to find out if we can help them with any accidents, RTA's, slips/trips, dog bites, works accidents, medical negligence etc.

� To liaise and build a good working relationship with office based legal team.

� Ensure that any signed paperwork is stored correctly and sent to the office in line with GDPR guidelines.

� To ideally achieve a target of 2.5 signed cases per week.

·  Effectively monitor and analyse your weekly/monthly sales figures.

·  You will need to be constantly engaging with potential clients by saying 'hello', 'good morning' etc to increase possible claims in accordance with the SRA guidelines.

·  It is the responsibility of the Client Advisor to ensure that their company uniform is clean and presentable at all times and they are wearing their ID badge.

·  The Client Advisor should ensure that they have the right level of stock and that all the point of sale material is presentable and correct.

·  Maintain good working relationships with your clients even after they have been allocated to a Fee Earner
