Our Client is looking for a Client Admin Support on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is an admin support role to provide an excellent standard of customer service to all external and internal customers. This includes answering general pension's/savings products queries and day-to-day administration of pension polices via telephone, email and letter, regularly updating spread sheets collecting client contribution history information, which involves communicating effectively with internal and external clients by telephone, e-mail or in writing in a clear, concise and polite manner, taking ownership and responsibility for resolving enquiries from clients promptly, ensuring all systems and the database is updated and providing information in line with customer queries and demands to achieve team service level agreements.
